Today’s Blog posting I am excited about but because it gives me the opportunity to convey a message that your Faith is the stuff that is going to get you where you need to be in your Success Journey. The things that your are believing God for, your dreams, financial restoration, spiritual growth all of these are only possible with a sound and grounded foundation in believing that God the Father is able. Once you are fully persuaded that God is able to fulfill his promise of the gift of an abundant life it is your job to respond with an action that says God I believe what you said. I have mentored so many individuals who are strong in their faith but they have no proof or evidence about what they truly believe. What you believe and what you do have to come into alignment.
So if you are starting up a business, your corresponding action should be to begin setting goals and then begin creating a strategic plan to make it happen. If your goals are to lose weight, and become healthy then your response is to begin seeking out opportunities to work out, get in a gym, and hire a trainer.
So my Success Move #38 today is this:
With every faith goal you set, put a corresponding action with it.

Okay. As you can tell by my last posting it has been a while. I have been off busy with book promotions and found myself with little time to give my blog some much needed attention. So here it goes. Lately, I have been having some intense emotions that are quite unfamiliar. The emotions are unfamiliar, the way I feel when I attempt certain tasks seem unfamiliar, some of the relationships that I have seem unfamiliar, even the new relationships that I am making seem unfamiliar. My business journey and its operations are even given me this unfamiliar feeling.
So what is it? What seems to be the problem? Why do things seem strange in my life right now? Uncomfortable? Then it dawned on me! Change is happening! There is a shift happening! And that shift starts first with me and the way I do life, the way I think about life and my relationships it is all changing. Change is so often uncomfortable. But is needed in order to experience the new opportunities and experiences that God is bringing in our lives. In order to experience anything new, change is a must. You have to be different and you have to do things different.
Success Move #37:
Embrace and Accept the Change in your life! It is for the better. It is the blessing you have been praying for.

I have not blogged for a quite a while. I have been a little under the weather and am now trying to bounce back into the swing of things. As I continue on my journey to believe God for the impossible for my life I find myself with another spiritual dilemma. Let me ask this question? Do you feel like your life is always in the midst of a PROCESS? Do you feel like the more efforts you make to push through it, the longer the road seems to be getting? There are times that I believe every woman in her hopes to strive for what she believes God is calling her to, can be quite frustrating.
I believe that Frustration is an indication of your closeness to the successful completion of your assignment. That you’re right at the edge of breakthrough and the heat from the enemy of this world is turned up ten times hotter to DISTRACT you. So what do you do when you are bound in a PROCESS? What do you do when you feel like you’re just STUCK inside a point in time? You’re trying to moving forward but there’s this thing that just keeps getting in your way. The obvious for me in times like these is PRAYER. I begin to have a serious and intimate conversation with the Father. What is going on? And what do I need to do about it? I found that the Lord has already answered us. That we are thinking this thing to hard. That we are trying to work a part in the process that is not our responsibility. We simply have to learn, to TRUST God no matter what. Trust is the element that will loose us when we feel bound in the Process.
Success Move #36:
Believe him and stay on task.

It has been at least four days since I had posted something on my blog. The last couple of weeks have been crazy busy as I am promoting, The Purple Book. Excited about it but I made a commitment to my blog and to my writing to continue bringing information and personal revelations to you about success. So here it goes. Lately, I have been having these indescribable emotions. I believe that something great is on the horizon for my life. I have experienced many favorable opportunities and they are arriving at my doorstep daily. I am praising God in my spirit for these opportunities. I am truly grateful for this season in my life. This is a season where I believe my harvest has arrived. I can only say this because I know that I have made some major sacrifices and contributions to those around me. And that the principles of reaping and sowing are very real.
So my success move #35 is this:
It’s your time of blessing, ENJOY IT!
Scripture Reference:
Ephesians 1:3
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.
Day 34 of 99 Success Moves Every Woman Should Take Challenge
In attempting to write today’s blog post, I have to be honest I am little low on energy today. So let’s see what happens. My Success Move comes from a place where I am trying to revamp and reassess my plans and goals for the second half of the year. I am prioritizing the things that are the most and efficient and productive to my vision. Each of these will go to the top of my list. These daily tasks will help me to refocus and stay focus on what things that I need to pay attention to. With each task I am setting a goal. Each task should produce some type of fruit. The fruit produce will be my measurement of success for the tasks and my way of assessing should I even be doing it in the first place.
I also developed a one-sheet outline so that I can keep my plans and goals right in front of me. I plan to keep it near my desk, so that I will get in the habit of always glancing at it. So today’s Success Move is more about being practical in my processes. Being practical in your business and ministry development is equally important as your faith component. Faith and works are needed to get the vision accomplished.
So my success move #34 is:
Revisit your plans and goals and make the appropriate amendments.
James 2:26
For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.
Day 33 of 99 Success Moves Every Woman Should Take Challenge
Today’s posting comes to you after I have been in my kitchen all day. My hats go off to all the women who decide they want to give their families a decent hot cooked meal every now and then. It’s Memorial Day! a day that we celebrate those men and women who sacrifice so much to provide us with protection which we as Americans most of the time take for granted. I want to devote today’s posting to these individuals. I know absolutely nothing about serving in a War, but I can certainly understand being separated from your love ones especially during the holidays. I pray that each of their families is blessed on today and that those that are serving would return home safely.
My success move for today will deal with sacrifice. Yes, the ‘S’ word. I believe that women have being making sacrifices for their families forever. We innately understand sacrifice; we sacrifice sometimes without even knowing we are doing it. I believe that it is apart of our nature, to give up or put others needs before ours. It is the way we are wired. Jesus gives us the perfect example of the meaning of sacrifice. He himself was and is the ultimate sacrifice. He gave His life so that we may become daughters of the King.
So my success move #33 is:
Remember and Follow the one who made the ultimate sacrifice.
Scripture Reference:
1 John 2:2
He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world.
Day 32 of 99 Success Moves Every Women Should Take Challenge
It’s the end of the school year and the beginning of summer. Today was very enjoyable as I had the opportunity to attend my nephew’s graduation. The graduation was exciting for all those involved. The parents of the graduates, the family of the graduates, the friends of the graduates, and of course the graduates themselves. This time was both a great ending and a great beginning. It is a time of expectation of the future and reflection of where they had come from. I believe that this is another small gift, a small clue from God that we are experiencing a shift. A shift is simply moving from one position to the next. For some of us it can mean shifting our attitudes, our minds and our thoughts to something bigger than ourselves. We are graduating, commencing to embark upon new opportunities, and the new ideas and concepts that God wants us to benefit from. Today’s post deals with embracing the times we are in. That we embrace change and be open to what God has for us in this season.
Success move #32:
Anticipate a mighty move of God!
Scripture Reference:
Job 8:7
Your beginnings will seem humble, so prosperous will your future be.
Day 31 of 99 Success Moves Every Woman Should Take Challenge
What a busy week! Today it’s Friday and I am excited about today’s posting. Today’s post is going to deal with conflict resolution. Yes that right! Women as leaders we have to be great peace makers. Because of the many hats we wear we are often in the middle of most of the challenges in our lives. There is the husband dynamic, the parenting dynamic, if you are a business owner, the customer dynamic. No matter what the arena maybe we have to become more strategic in the way we handle conflict resolution.
I think starting with carefully identifying what is the root of the issue, is the most important. Most of the times conflict arise from things that only are on the surface. When the truth of the matter is that the conflict is deeper. The problem is only a manifestation of some deeper issue that has been festering for months. To bringing healing or peace to the situation we have to zone in not the symptom but the disease causing agent that’s bringing about the turmoil in your relationships.
So today’s success move and weekender is this:
Success Move #31:
Get to the bottom of it!
Scripture Reference:
Hebrews 12:14-15
Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.
See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.
Day 30 of 99 Success Moves Every Woman Should Take Challenge
I added a special encouragement video:)
Yesterday would have been my 30th day of blogging but I missed it. My schedule was quite hectic but I digress. Today’s blog posting is more of a challenge for those that read this one. I know with the current state of the economy many of us maybe pondering why I am maybe still talking about success. People are getting laid off, there is a major oil spill, and unemployment rates are continuing to rise, just havoc every where.
I took some advice from someone a long time ago when it was proclaimed that we were entering into a recession. And that is DON’T PARTICIPATE! I am not participating. I believe in the sovereignty of God. I believe Him at his word that says all things work together for them that love the LORD and are called according to his PURPOSE. If you are in purpose? If you are on assignment? If your are seeking your correct POSITIONING? God has you, your family and your finances! Today’s success move is that you make a declaration of VICTORY no matter what it looks like. You have to believe in your heart that God sees all, knows all and understands your every need.
So Success move #30 is:
Believe God at his word!
Scripture Reference:
Titus 1:2
This truth gives them the confidence of eternal life, which God promised them before the world began–and he cannot lie
