Cheerleader or Coach: You Decide
I had an interesting conversation with a friend of mine. We were talking about a sermon topic that her pastor had shared with them the night before. The message included an element I found to be very interesting. The message had the motive to inspire people to start putting themselves in environments where the people that they are connected to would change from a group of individuals that would cheer you on from the sidelines of life (cheerleaders) to individuals who would be in position with the purpose to COACH you in life. He suggested further that we let go of the cheerleaders and enlist some coaches. I agree with his position on the belief that our connections, the people we network and affiliate ourselves with are a very important element to our own individual life successes. I also begin to think about that since I became a Life and Business coach there has been many speculations that have surfaced about what is it exactly that I do.
What is coaching? And why as we approach the year 2011 is Coaching the way to go?
When you hear the word “coach”, what comes first into your mind? Do you picture a basketball team with a man/woman shouting out directions? Or perhaps a football team with a man/woman pacing to and fro and calling out the names of the players?
Coaching is no longer reserved to sports teams; it is now one of the key concepts in leadership, management and personal development.
Here is why you need a coach…

I have found that there are many people that are very well competent and motivated to pursue their dreams and aspirations but usually lack in setting and achieving long-term goals to make their dreams live. Coaching empowers women to make things happen.

I believe that many of us women, who have prepared adequately, are going to be presented many opportunities in the New Year. Those opportunities will call for you to make very important decisions. As a woman of Faith, working with those that can help nurture, empower and inspire you to live your dream would be the first best decision you can make for the New Year! So my call to action is this. GET A COACH!
My Approach- Group Coaching
I love to coach women in groups. I believe that when we learn together we are more powerful and more stronger. Because we are unit we can help each other move towards destiny through compassion and the sharing of our experiences. I have created tons of workshops for women to come together and begin to learn and educate one another. As your COACH, you will have the opportunity to connect, engage, and get empowered through strategic principles that I have found have made a major impact in both my life and the lives of the women I coach. The Word of God tells us that , ”iron sharps iron.” And through these connections we will take the journey of destiny and purpose holding the hands of our fellow women.
Coaching in groups makes your learning process even more dynamic but it also allows for the affordability for almost any woman on a average budget to participate.

I would like to say for myself that while in tune with the spirit. I have to say that I have learned a great lesson meaning, I have been sitting here waiting for GOD to, to do something for me until I found my revelation to understand what it is. Now I am clear on learning to set real goals. Number one GOD is always first in my life He is my master planner, I will say to get up work with the plan and, next be excited about what He is showing me plus He’s giving me the ability to show up in changing my life.
