How and when do we meet? Coaching Format:
Monthly Group Coaching Call- each month there will be a scheduled conference concept call with group members. Members will have the opportunity to ask questions and homework for that session will be assigned.
Online Google Forum- Members will have access to digital uploads of insightful business information, articles, worksheets and templates. There will be area to post questions for discussions. You will receive weekly updates from coaching and feedback of your progress.
Online Interviews- Members will have access to monthly success calls with industry experts. Members will call in on dedicated line to listen in on powerful interviews by business experts who will deliver business strategies for maximizing business profits.

Before You Do! Preliminary Business Start-up Strategies- There are some things that have to been in place before you burst into operation. This module will provide you with the tools and resources needed to define your vision clearly, define your niche/target market and help you to create a team to carry out your vision and introduce it to the marketplace.
What to Do! Marketing Your Way to Success- Every aspiring entrepreneur has to be sure that she is getting the word out about her business product and/or service. This module will show you practical and hands on strategies for letting the world know you are in business. You will learn both online strategies for attracting clients and customers and offline strategies so that you can connect on more intimate level with your client base.
How to Do! Expanding Your Business through product development- This module will give you everything you need to create additional revenue streams for your business. Learn how to create products quickly and then how to release them and sell them to your customers over and over again.
Who is your coach? About the Coach
Author, Speaker and Life and Business Coach, Nickcole Byrd has ten plus years in business administration. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and is a part-time business professor. Nickcole Byrd is licensed minister that allows her faith to guide her teaching methods and her business principles. She uses an integrative approach to coaching that includes both spiritual and practical methods for building viable businesses in the marketplace.

This program is a 3-month program. This program will build momentum for your business quickly.
