Three Success Principles for Living the Life of Your Dreams

Dream LogoI had a very interesting night at a women’s conference I attended in the local Houston area. It was interesting because the subject matter was quite different then what most women expect to get when they attend these things. There is the common subject of abuse, molestation, marriage and so on. But last night the presenter gave us something that all of us will take away with us well into our futures. She talked about the woman’s ability to fall in the trap of self-pity. That we can tell our stories to one another without getting any real resolve to issues or challenges we face daily. When what we need is a solution not pity. I have this thing about teaching the women the ‘What’ without telling them ‘How’. Yes, it’s great to make people aware of issues. But it serves a greater purpose when we give them tools on how to deal with them effectively. Most of what we want out of life is predicated on you do something about it. So today I want to share the ‘How’ for getting a little further along in your success journey and help you to get to living the life of your dreams.

Principle #1 Upgrade your inner circle
The first is surrounding yourself with those that have been where you are trying to go. How can anyone coach you on a path they have never visited? It all boils down to a personal opinion that has no real success capacity and in this season of success there is no time for inauthentic information.

Principle #2  Get a routine
The second is creating a routine for yourself. What you do each day will determine the level of your success you will experience in your life.

Principle #3  Change the way you think
Your thoughts determine your destiny. What you focus on is what you make happen in your life. Focus your mind on the things that you believe that God has called you to do. What you put out in the universe is what will come back to you.

Your success is predicated on you making a commitment to make some minor changes that will have major impact in your success journey. The life of your dreams is going to take some dedication and hard work, but aren’t you worth it?
